Role Overview Partners + Napier is seeking a Google Ads Manager to drive performance scaling across multiple accounts simultaneously . This role focuses on identifying patterns, standardizing optimizations, and applying proven growth tactics across a portfolio of Google Ads accounts.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
Identify cross-account performance trends and scaling opportunities
Apply winning strategies across Search, Display, YouTube, and PMax
Optimize budgets and bids at both account and portfolio levels
Report on portfolio-level performance and insights
4+ years of experience managing and scaling Google Ads accounts
~ Google Ads certification is a plus

Ownership over cross-account performance and scaling strategy
Exposure to large-scale, multi-client Google Ads portfolios
Collaboration with senior performance and analytics teams
