Responsibilities

Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with budgets up to $100,000/month across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, extensions, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Generate insights and weekly performance reports using GA4, Google Ads Dashboard, and Looker Studio.
Self-driven, highly organized, and performance-obsessed.
Commission: 7% commission on total ad spend + performance bonuses (based on ROAS, CPL, CPA).
Work remotely or from our office – your choice.

Qualifications
