Skills Previous Pharmacy OTC experience in a community Pharmacy with excellent product knowledge would be an important advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with a variety of different personalities. Good prioritising, multi-tasking and organisational skills. Be confidential and empathetic to our Customer needs. Must have a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities To deliver a high level of customer service and to adhere to company policies and ethos. Ability to offer customers exceptional assistance. To ensure that the pharmacy is properly merchandised and kept clean and tidy and that stock levels are maintained correctly.
