Are you a compassionate and skilled physiotherapist looking for a fulfilling position in Mallorca? A residence dedicated to providing care for people with disabilities in Inca is offering a full-time position for a qualified professional. In this role, you will be an essential part of the care team, helping residents maintain their independence, mobility, and overall physical health in a supportive facility context.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of residents' mobility, muscle strength, balance, coordination, and functional capacity, while identifying signs of physical regression or frailty.
Creating individualized physiotherapy programs as part of each personal care plan, focusing on mobility exercises, psychomotricity, and postural re-education suited to each person's needs.
Collaborating closely with the technical and care team to guarantee a comprehensive and holistic approach to resident care.
Implementing targeted interventions aimed at preventing falls and reducing physical dependency.
Providing expert advice on technical aids and equipment adaptations, while leading group activities and adapted physical health sessions.
What you should bring to the role:
A university degree in Physiotherapy (higher education degree or equivalent qualification).
A valid Class B driver's license.
Dedication to working alongside individuals with disabilities in a care facility setting in Inca.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary care specialists.
What this position offers:
A stable, permanent contract starting on September 24, 2026.
Full-time employment with a gross annual salary of €27,348.47.
A structured schedule from Monday to Friday, working three days from 8:00 to 16:00 and two days from 12:00 to 20:00, with the possibility to arrange alternative shift times.
Work location in Inca, situated centrally on the island of Mallorca.
