Planning & Support Manager (Maternity Cover)
Employment Type: Full-time
As Planning & Support Manager, you will oversee strategy and execution across the Planning, Administration, and IT Support departments within the Distribution Center. This role covers maternity leave with potential extension into a permanent leadership position.
Responsibilities
Multidisciplinary Leadership: Lead the Planning, Administration, and IT Support departments.
Strategic Planning: Manage inbound and outbound planning, coordinating with Transport and Operations Managers.
Operational Support: Oversee store support tasks to ensure seamless service across the DC network.
IT Excellence: Supervise 1st level IT support for DC solutions, including testing and deployment of new systems.
Project Management: Support matrix organization projects and manage successful roll‑outs at the local level.
Data & Analytics: Implement KPI and reporting frameworks with Development and Controlling teams.
Financial Strategy: Facilitate the local DC budgeting process and yearly Business Plan, aligning with global principles.
Mobility: Travel approximately 25 days a year for meetings and collaboration.
Qualifications
Logistics & Supply Chain Expertise: Solid background in logistics and supply chain management.
Proven Leadership: Experience leading teams; background in planning is a significant plus.
Analytical Mindset: Data‑driven decision maker who enjoys deep‑diving into processes.
Versatility: Comfortable acting as both leader and facilitator in a broad role.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent at building relationships across multiple departments.
Proactive Ownership: Takes full responsibility for deadlines and deliveries, staying ahead of issues.
English Communication: Professional‑level English skills, both written and spoken.
