We are looking for a PMO Specialist with 3 to 7 years of experience in project management support, ideally within the banking or financial services sector. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective governance, tracking project performance, and supporting different teams across diverse initiatives. In addition, the role will involve supporting the mapping and documentation of key AML/KYC workflows, including Client Onboarding, Periodic Reviews, and Remediation processes, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal compliance frameworks. Location: Madrid, Spain Responsibilities Support project governance by ensuring compliance with methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, providing reports and recommendations to stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and follow up on action items. Support project managers in planning, execution, and resource allocation. Manage project dashboards, KPIs, and status reports to ensure transparency and alignment. Assist in financial tracking, budget control, and resource management. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of banking-related projects. Qualifications 3 to 7 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or similar roles. Experience in banking or financial services projects, especially in Corporate and Investment Banking. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models). Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or similar. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
