PR & Influence Trainee Internship – Pandora Madrid

It’s an exciting time to join Pandora as we’re undergoing significant growth across our WEEU cluster. To support and drive that growth we are looking for a PR & Influence trainee based in Madrid.
What You'll Do

Support and help the Communications team to deliver all activities and projects
Help to track the agency’s performance
Research of influencers profiles for the brand’s campaigns
In charge of the product stock and orders of the PR department as well as the returns to our warehouse
In charge of the mailings of the PR department
Archive and administer publications and key information
Support in the organization and execution of events
Prepare weekly newsletter for internal use
Collating monthly reports for internal teams
Manage the influencer marketing tool to track brand campaigns
Manage the media library

Who You Are

You are genuinely interested in our brand and fashion world
You have strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
You are a versatile and adaptive team player, with a positive attitude and a detail‑oriented approach to your tasks
Excellent organizational skills
Level‑headed, enthusiastic, and personable
Good project and time management skills ensuring all deadlines are met
Strong attention to detail

What We Offer

6‑month term, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months
The company has implemented hybrid ways of working, partly on‑site, partly home working.
This role will be based in our offices in Madrid.
