Responsibilities
Conocer el montaje y desmontaje de distinta maquinaria que necesite esta acción para su correcta limpieza e higienización.
Conocer las características de batería, útiles y herramientas de las áreas de trabajo para su correcta limpieza e higienización.
Comprobar mediante ficha de registro que en el área de trabajo se ha llevado a cabo un proceso correcto de envasado y técnicas de conservación.
Aplicar diferentes técnicas de regeneración a un mismo producto o elaboración del proceso productivo.
Realizar todas las operaciones teniendo en cuenta la normativa higiénica sanitaria, seguridad laboral y protección ambiental.
Saber determinar los métodos de conservación idóneos para las materias primas.
Determinar las temperaturas y los envases adecuados para la conservación de los géneros hasta el momento de su uso.
