About the Role:We are seeking a committed teacher to help deliver the TEMS strategic priorities, fostering energised leadership, personalised learning and strong personal growth for every student. You will work in a creative, innovative environment that values independence, collaboration and strong partnerships with parents and the wider community. Embracing new technologies and research-led practice, you will contribute to a high-quality learning experience across the school. Following the Cognita Teaching Toolkit, you will deliver the primary curriculum to a high standard, maintain high expectations and use effective formative and summative assessment to track progress. You will create a positive, purposeful learning climate and support students in meeting ambitious targets for behaviour, work and achievement. You will also engage in ongoing professional development, participate in the school's performance management system, and carry out routine duties such as break supervision, assemblies, meetings and parent events. As part of the wider team, you will contribute to whole-school priorities and undertake any reasonable tasks requested by the Headteacher or Principal. Please note that this is a temporary (cover), full-time position for 6 months and you must be available for an immediate start to work in Spain. Who We Are Looking For:We are seeking a reflective and forward-thinking educator who can contribute effectively to a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic vision and planning abilities, using data and emerging trends to shape meaningful and creative interventions. A commitment to ongoing professional growth—both personally and in developing others—is essential. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree along with QTS or an international equivalent, and have substantial teaching experience within a Primary School setting. Fluency in English is required, while Spanish language skills are considered an advantage. Candidates who can demonstrate the ability to lead directly as well as influence and develop others through collaborative practice will be particularly well-regarded.
