Desplácese hacia abajo y haga clic en "Solicitar" para ser considerado para esta posición.Support monitoring CHAMP's compliance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws, including policies, procedures, audits, awareness and training.Assist in advising management, product teams, IT and other stakeholders on data protection obligations, risks and regulatory developments.Assist in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs) and associated risk mitigation activities.Help maintaining the Records of Processing Activities (ROPA), ensuring completeness and accuracy.Support the DPO in managing regulatory queries, inspections or investigations.Assist in handling privacy‐related customer inquiries, complaints or contractual obligations, ensuring timely and thorough responses.Operational & Strategic ResponsibilitiesContribute to the effective operation of CHAMP's privacy management framework, including governance processes, documentation, second‐line monitoring and reporting.Support initiatives promoting a strong culture of privacy and data ethics throughout the organization.Assist in reviewing new projects, technologies, products or services to ensure privacy-by-design and privacy‐by‐default principles are embedded.Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, Procurement and HR to identify and escalate privacy risks.Monitor developments in privacy, cybersecurity, AI regulation and emerging technologies, and provide background research.Assist the DPO in making regular reporting to Executive Management and the Board on privacy risk trends and KPIs.Support vendor risk management activities and assist in reviewing privacy clauses in third‐party contracts.Support CHAMP's representation in customer meetings, industry forums and regulatory engagements.Experience RequirementsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in privacy, data protection, IT audit, risk management or a comparable compliance role in a multinational environment.Understanding of GDPR and global privacy frameworks; exposure to EU supervisory authorities is an asset.Experience supporting privacy risk assessments and internal control frameworks.Familiarity with privacy management tools (OneTrust or equivalent) is an advantage.Skills and CompetenciesStrong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex information with guidance .Ability to work independently while seeking support on complex matters.Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines and collaborating with cross‐functional teams globally.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.Hands‐on attitude, proactive problem‐solving approach and a high standard of ethical integrity.Team-oriended mindset and the ability to build trust across the organization.Professional Qualifications (Preferred)Introductory or intermediate privacy certifications or IT audit/ risk certifications.OneTrust certifications or training are a plus.The selected candidate may be subject to the provision of an up-to-date (not older than 3 months) criminal record certificate.Security: the successful candidate will have to comply with CHAMP Security Requirements (including but not limited to CHAMP's IT Security Policies, especially the ISMS Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy, mandatory courses, confidentiality and data protection, use of company assets, and incident reporting).CHAMP Cargosystems is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
