As Process Architect, you will design, implement and continuously improve Allianz Technology's global process landscape, aligning with the Global Process Blueprint and Target Operating Model. You will translate governance into practical process solutions and drive harmonization across functions and geographies. You’ll influence the rollout of the Process Governance Framework and pursue process mining, automation, and AI opportunities to create measurable impact. This role combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution in IT-supported environments, offering a chance to shape governance at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Design and evolve end-to-end processes aligned with the Global Process Blueprint and operating model• Translate governance principles into practical process solutions for business and IT• Support rollout of the Process Governance Framework and drive harmonization across the landscape• Maintain and enhance process architecture standards (processes, roles, controls, KPIs, maturity models)• Lead process implementation and adoption across global functions and coordinate the global process owner community• Identify and lead initiatives for process mining, automation and AI use cases• Develop process standards, templates, and methodologies• Support compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements from a process perspective• Ensure high-quality documentation in the process repository (e.g., ADONIS)• Act as a process consultant and transformation partner for global stakeholdersResponsabilidades• 5+ years of experience in process architecture, BPM, consulting, or process improvement• End-to-end and cross-functional process understanding in an IT-driven or IT-supported environment• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with pragmatic, implementation-focused mindset• Solid understanding of process modeling standards and governance xcskxlj principles• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication in an international setting• Affinity for metrics, KPIs, maturity models, and performance management• Ability to structure complexity into clear, usable process solutions• Experience with regulatory/compliance frameworks (e.g., DORA) is a plus• Certifications in ITIL, BPM, Process Governance, or similar are a plus• Fluent English; German or Spanish a plusRequisitos principales• hybrid work model• bonus scheme• pension• employee shares program• employee discounts• career development and digital learning programs
