Overview Type: Permanent Location: Martorell Plant – Seating Division Reports to: Engineering Manager Home office: Not possible Mission Provide process engineering support to the JIT manufacturing site, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with Lear standards. Key Responsibilities Industrialize new products/processes (PFMEA, layouts, validation). Lead setup of new lines and technologies. Ensure quality, ergonomics, and productivity. Drive Lean/Kaizen improvements. Support automation & Industry 4.0 projects. Collaborate with suppliers on cost, timing, quality. Requirements Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering 1–2 years’ experience as Process Engineer English proficiency PFMEA, industrialization project experience Preferred 2–4 years’ manufacturing experience (automation, poka-yokes) Lean Manufacturing, APIS, machine specs #J-18808-Ljbffr
