Experteer Overview
In this role you drive continuous improvement in a high‑volume production environment, applying TPM/IWS methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality. You will work across production, engineering, maintenance and quality teams to deliver improvements, coach operators, and lead data-driven problem solving. You will oversee small projects and reuse successful improvements, contributing to a multidisciplinary TPM program and innovation initiatives. This role combines hands-on field work with cross‑functional collaboration to impact performance at AF Alzira.

Responsabilidades
• Technical/Industrial Engineering degree
• 2–3 years in a similar continuous process or food industry role
• Advanced English (B2)
• Proficiency in Office, Power BI, SAP
• Knowledge of TPM/IWS
• Project management, change management, root cause analysis
