Join Our Team to Navigate This Challenge Together! We are looking for a Process Engineer to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives within an industrial environment . The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing, documenting, and adapting existing work processes to new digital systems and platforms. What Will You Do? Analyze and document existing work processes for migration to new digital platforms. Transcribe and adapt existing work instructions from current systems into digital tools. Define and structure new digital work instructions aligned with operational needs. Review and optimize installation sequences . Ensure installation steps are aligned with defined process frameworks and roadmaps . Perform task time calculations using recognized time measurement methodologies. Develop operational sequences and process roadmaps following process engineering practices. Contribute to the development of new project management procedures and digital tools . Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related. Experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields . Knowledge of process optimization methodologies , including techniques such as MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) . Experience or knowledge in: Time measurement and time studies Process engineering and process optimization Workload balancing Definition and monitoring of production KPIs English level B2 or higher . Spanish or German is a plus. Experience in the wind energy sector or in manufacturing environments is considered an advantage. Pamplona or Madrid.
