Who We AreThe mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations mainly take care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. You’ll have the chance to advance your career while working alongside passionate colleagues who share a vision of making a lasting impact on the world.Your Role And Key ResponsibilitiesDaily production / process parameter monitoring and finding a root cause of failure & solving issueJointly responsible for sub process(e.g. Mixing, coating, Stacking, Cell baking, injection, etc) of the cell manufacturing with process expertsSupporting process verification concept for the sub process with technical evaluation of the input factors and output resultsResponsible for evaluation of equipments capability and process parameter set upResponsible for issuing the working instruction; parameter handbooks of sub processExecution of Process verification and DoEOrganizing training for machine/equipment operationParticipation in Daily shop-floor management meetingDaily and weekly Tear down analysis and weekly report Production data analysis for CpK improvementWhat You Bring To The Team5 years experience in the sectorBattery Industry field previous experience is a plusWhat Makes You Stand Out5+ years of experience in related rolesPlease submit your CV in EnglishBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering or a related field.Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued, and we encourage individuals of all abilities to apply.
