The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership, deep understanding of Lean methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Lead, manage, and execute Lean projects across the organizationCoordinate and implement the process standardization strategy for the NRF GroupBuild and maintain a process management structure, fostering a culture of continuous improvementSupport ERP system transformation with Lean principles and organizational design inputDesign and deliver internal knowledge academy programs and training sessions (e.g. Kaizen, problem solving, design thinking, change management)Facilitate workshops and hands-on trainings to develop Lean mindset among employeesWork closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive improvementsCollaborate with the BI Team to leverage data for smarter project decisions and better performance trackingSupport operational teams and contribute to solution design during project implementation phasesWHAT DO YOU BRING?Certified in Lean Management or equivalent continuous improvement methodologiesMinimum 3 years of experience in process optimization, data analysis, or continuous improvement rolesProven track record of successful Lean project executionFluent in English, both spoken and writtenStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsReadiness to travel and manage projects across multiple NRF locationsWHAT DO WE OFFER?A challenging and impactful role in an international organization focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. xcskxlj You will work in a collaborative environment with strong team spirit, real influence on how the organization evolves, and the opportunity to lead meaningful transformation projects across multiple locations.
