The global life science company Bioiberica produces active ingredients for humans, animals and plants, from starting material it receives from Van Hessen.We create the added layer of value with our products and services, improve the well-being of all by taking life science further and combine our attention to detail with the extraordinary, because it all matters.About the role:The Procurement Administrator will play a key role in supporting Procurement and Category Managers with operational and administrative tasks related to supplier management, contract administration and sourcing activities.By taking ownership of these tasks, you will enable procurement management to focus on strategic priorities, working closely with the team to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes.As a newly created position within our expanding procurement team, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape its future and grow with the function.Responsibilities:Supplier & Contract ManagementEnsure suppliers and contracts are correctly registered and maintained in our Procurement system.Conduct digital supplier assessments, qualifications and surveys.Support with keeping our supplier contracts database up to date.Review and validate that negotiated terms and conditions are fully and correctly executed.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and update recurring procurement reports.Provide analytical support to develop insights that improve procurement strategy, compliance, and operational efficiency.Sourcing SupportAssist in preparing and launching digital tenders through our digital sourcing platform.Support supplier onboarding and ensure timely follow-up throughout the tender process.Follow up with suppliers via email and phone to ensure timely responses and updates.Perform scheduled checks of supplier invoices against contract terms to maintain commercial compliance and prevent discrepancies.About you:Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPointStrong administrative skills with attention to detail.Enjoy working with Excel and structured data.Passion for process standardization and organization.Proactive and communicative; comfortable reaching out to colleagues and suppliers.What next?If this sounds like a role that you would be interested in, then we would love to hear from you.
