Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement for: Outsourcing services Consulting & research services Recruitment & training Travel services and related platforms Develop procurement strategies, source suppliers, and lead contract negotiations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate requirements and support business needs. Analyze market trends, forecast price fluctuations, and implement cost-control measures. Drive category management initiatives and optimize procurement processes. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and monitor supplier performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. 3+ years of experiencein professional services procurement (outsourcing, HR services, consulting, research, etc.). Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work with structured processes in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Mandarin and Englishdue to the nature of internal communication. Availability to workon-sitein San Fernando de Henares (Madrid).
