Experience
• 3–7 years in technology, engineering, automation, or industrial environments.
• Experience in technical documentation, functional testing, or requirement definition.
• Exposure to industrial environments, SCADA, sensors, or OT systems (preferred).
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in programming, software products development, testing and quality assurance.
Skills
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Technical understanding of signals, data models, or OT/Software environments.
• Senior experience in programming languages (C++, Java, C-Sharp, html, …).
• Senior experience in Data Bases.
• Highly organized with strong documentation discipline.
• Strong communication skills (English required).
Principal Accountabilities:
• Supports the Product Definition & Standards Lead in defining, documenting and maintaining
product requirements for all AD solutions in scope.
• Assists in analysing operational needs and converting them into functional descriptions and
structured technical requirements.
• Ensures that documentation is always updated, clear and aligned with internal standards.
• Contributes to the standardization of AD products across terminals by maintaining data models,
signal mapping structures and solution templates that ensure interoperability and consistency.
• Assists in product lifecycle activities, including maintaining product roadmaps, reviewing progress
with SMEs and technology partners, and supporting preparation for pilots and deployments.
• Helps track product issues, improvement opportunities and changes, ensuring that they are
documented and communicated accordingly.
• Contributes to quality assurance processes by supporting test case preparation, functional
validation and review of deliverables to ensure products function as expected.
• The position is also responsible for supporting internal reporting, dashboards and documentation
repositories.
