Multi-Wing is looking for aProduction Plannerto support and drive efficient production execution at our plant in La Roca.
This role is essential in ensuring thatcustomer demand is translated into realistic and achievable production plans, balancing capacity, material availability, and delivery requirements.
You will work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Logistics to maintain astable production flow, support operational performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Production Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintainshort- and mid-term production plansaligned with customer demand
Convert customer orders intoproduction ordersin the ERP system
Sequence and prioritize production to ensureon-time delivery and optimal resource utilization
Monitor production progress and adjust plans based onchanges in demand, capacity, or material availabilityOrder & Material Coordination
Ensurematerial availabilityby coordinating with procurement and inventory teams
Monitorstock levels and component constraints, highlighting risks proactively
Supportcapacity planningand identify bottlenecks in production or supplyERP & Master Data Management
Maintain accuratemaster data in ERP(BoMs, routings, lead times, planning parameters)
Ensure consistency between planning data and actual production execution
Support continuous improvement ofplanning processes and system usageCross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a key link betweenProduction, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain
Align delivery commitments with operational capabilities
Participate in regular planning and production meetings, providingclear updates and visibilityPerformance & Continuous Improvement
Track and support KPIs related todelivery performance, adherence to plan, and inventory levels
Identify inefficiencies in planning and propose improvements
Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives within operationsYour Profile:Experience & Background
2–5+ years of experience inproduction planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
Engineering degree will be an added value
Experience in anindustrial or mechanical manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience working withERP systems(e.g. D365, Dynamics, SAP, or similar)Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of:
Production planning & scheduling
BoMs and routings
Inventory and material flow
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities in adynamic production environment
Strong communication and coordination skills across functions
Proactive, hands-on mindset with a focus on executionLanguage & Systems
Fluent inSpanish and communicative English(written and spoken)
Good proficiency inExcel and ERP systems
