Overview As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor , we are seeking a Project Director to join our Datacenter team in Spain. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading our design & build datacenter projects , with full accountability for the project's technical, financial, and contractual performance.La siguiente información ofrece un resumen de las habilidades, cualidades y cualificaciones necesarias para este puesto.Responsibilities More Specifically, Your Main Responsibilities Will IncludeStrategic project management: defining objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implementing management frameworks (quality plans, organization, contracts).Team coordination and leadership: structuring the project team, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.Operational monitoring and reporting: overseeing project progress (schedule, budget, risks) in collaboration with the PMO, and feeding into steering committees.Ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements.Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project and representing the company to external partners.Contributing to the evolution of project management practices and supporting internal transformations.Profile / Qualifications With an electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree in electrical, you have at least 10 years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary industrial building projects .You are recognized for your leadership skills and your ability to manage large-scale projects by coordinating diverse specialist teams.
