Your mission
Relentlessly advance TURN2X projects toward FID readiness by owning both project development execution and commercial structuring, while operating in a fast-moving environment.
Your responsibilities
Drive TURN2X projects from origination through advanced development stages across Spain and Portugal.
Support both technical/project development and commercial work-streams in parallel to keep projects moving fast.
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders (partners, utilities, authorities).
Contribute to structuring and progressing co-development opportunities with local partners.
Prepare clear, decision‑ready inputs for internal gates and leadership discussions.
Operate hands‑on in a dynamic environment, proactively identifying bottlenecks and unblocking issues.
Your profile
3+ years of experience in project development (preferably hydrogen, solar PV or biomethane), commercial, strategy consulting, or startup/scale‑up environments.
Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and problem‑solving.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing setups and juggling multiple priorities.
Interest in energy, infrastructure, renewables, hydrogen, or PtX projects.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
Based in Madrid and open to frequent travel.
