Experteer Overview In this role you guide multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective converter projects in a global setting. You will oversee work from proposal through design, construction, and testing, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and contractors. You help ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving collaboration across international teams. This position sits at the ESOPC in Madrid, contributing to Hitachi Energy’s grid and power quality solutions mission.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead and coordinate engineering teams across all disciplines
- Oversee project execution from proposal to testing
- Represent engineering in customer and contractor meetings
- Support proposal development and cost estimation
- Conduct engineering risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with contract, quality, and safety standards
- Drive project delivery on time and within budget
- Foster collaboration across global engineering teamsResponsabilidades
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the power systems industry
- Proven leadership in global engineering environments
- Strong knowledge of power electronic converters (e.G., STATCOM, SFC)
- Experience in complex project execution
