Company Description kernTerminal specializes in developing and managing advanced parcel locker networks to revolutionize last-mile delivery. We are looking for a Customer Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of customer deployments, from rollout to live operations across international markets.
This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical execution, and operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, software, supply chain, and external partners to ensure seamless deployments and a consistent customer experience across markets.
Own delivery of customer deployments: planning, installation, commissioning, and handover
Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, software, manufacturing, and service partners
Act as the primary customer interface for project delivery and operational topics
Manage timelines, risks, and execution across multiple parallel projects
Ensure high-quality documentation, reporting, and operational visibility
Contribute to scaling project management standards and processes within the Project Management Office
3+ years experience in project management, operations, or technical delivery
~ Able to manage multiple projects in an international setup
~ Full proficiency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
~ Familiar with the use MS Office, PM tools, and AI
