Overview
As a Project Manager at AF Alzira, you will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and industrial projects to meet safety, quality, and cost targets. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and external contractors while interfacing with Amcor PMO and global stakeholders in a multinational setting. The role includes managing schedules, budgets, and risk, and supporting commissioning and handover to ensure operational readiness. This position offers impact in shaping plant performance and safety standards within a large manufacturing environment.
ResponsabilidadesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and Gantt charts with critical pathsMonitor progress and coordinate with suppliers/contractors to meet timelinesManage budgets, track expenditures and report deviationsCoordinate with internal departments on project activities and milestonesEnsure all activities comply with HSE requirements and regulationsCreate and update CAD drawings/layoutsLiaise with PMO and regional/global stakeholders with English communicationsIdentify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect scope, schedule, cost, and safetySupport commissioning, start-up, and handover activities
Requisitos principalesTechnical Engineering studies with specialization in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial InstallationsAt least 3 years of experience in management of Industrial projectsFluent EnglishAutocad use requiredKnowledge of CATIA, ProEngineer, Solidworks is a plusOwn vehicle required for site accessCross-functional collaborationStrong communicationProblem solving and risk managementAutocadCATIAProEngineer
