Overview I Vascular is a fast growing company founded in 2010 in Barcelona (Spain) with the aim of developing medical devices and therapies for the treatment of disorders of the vascular system and to become a reference in the vascular field by enhancing the value of technology and innovation. Location Our plant is located in Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona). Responsibilities Lead the development of a delivery system for a medical device from 2D/3D prototype design to prototype manufacturing management, bench testing coordination, result analysis, report writing, device verification phase leadership, and preparation of regulatory submission documentation. Prepare the technical planning for assigned projects, applying the methodology implemented in the company. In collaboration with the department head, prepare project budgets and define the technical and human resources to achieve the technical and economic objectives. Ensure the feasibility and technical quality of the solutions proposed. Research and develop improvements in the technical characteristics, quality, and costs of products. Define purchasing specifications and approve suppliers from the initial stage until the product is transferred to the factory, sending guidelines for subsequent procurement. Qualifications Industrial Engineering, especially in the mechanical, electromechanical, materials, biomedical fields or a similar one. High level of English and Spanish. Previous experience working with CAD systems (especially Solidworks and Rhinoceros) and Ansys. Innovative sense, high self‑esteem, and high expectations for professional development.
