Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of data center construction projects in Barcelona. The role involves managing the project lifecycle from planning through execution and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end data center construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Monitor schedule, cost, quality, and HSSE performance
Oversee design coordination, procurement activities, and site execution
Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to stakeholders
Manage risks, change control, and project documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager on data center construction projects
Strong understanding of critical infrastructure, MEP systems, and commissioning
Eligible to work in Spain / EU (no visa sponsorship provided)
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience
