Responsibilities: Lead implementation projects from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live. Serve as the primary client contact-building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams (analysts, consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders) to meet milestones on time. Define project plans and schedules, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate workshops and design sessions to foster clear communication and engagement. Look for ways to continuously improve delivery, optimize processes, and maximize client value. Track progress and provide consistent updates to clients and stakeholders. Coach and support the project team, ensuring goals are met and results are of high quality. Requirements: Candidates must be fluent in both English and French. Residency in Europe is required. Project management experience, ideally in SaaS or technology settings. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Excellent organization and problem-solving skills for complex projects. Advanced communication skills, comfortable with executives and technical staff alike. Ability to handle multiple priorities with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
