In this role, you will lead projects from early definition to final delivery, ensuring strong collaboration between engineers, customers, and suppliers while delivering results that meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations. You will play a key role in turning technical expertise into successful project outcomes. The Role We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, collaboration, and delivery. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering projects that range from defined engineering packages to full turnkey solutions. Your responsibility will be to ensure that projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating teams across mechanical, electrical, software, and automation disciplines. Success in this role requires strong structure, clear communication, and the ability to keep complex projects moving forward. You will drive progress through planning, proactive risk management, and transparent collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your Responsibilities You will take ownership of project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline commitments are met. You will establish clear project execution plans and reporting structures, managing risks, issues, and changes to maintain project momentum. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with suppliers to ensure alignment and efficient execution. You will maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through structured communication, decision-making, and progress reporting. You will ensure projects follow CREADIS governance frameworks, including stage‑gate processes, Communities of Practice, and ISO‑aligned quality assurance practices. Your Profile You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. You bring approximately 4–7 years of experience managing engineering, technology, or industrial projects. Experience from industries such as Renewable Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Defense, or similar technical sectors is considered an advantage. You are comfortable coordinating stakeholders across disciplines and communicating clearly with customers, suppliers, and technical teams. You have strong planning and financial management skills and are experienced in managing budgets, forecasts, and project risks. Professional project management certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or IPMA are an advantage. Fluent English is required. Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Tamil, or Hindi may be beneficial depending on location. You are willing to travel internationally when required by projects. Responsibilities - Project control: The Project Manager has the last responsibility of all matters occurring within their project. This covers all events from all types. Most common are listed below Scope: Project manager is responsible to understand the requirements from the client and to transfer them inside Compoxi, ensuring that the requirements have been clearly understood and tracked internally. Planning: Project Manager is the last responsible from the planning of the project. Project manager creates, updates and tracks planning of the project and request resources to accomplish the project scope. Cost: The project manager receive a close budget from commercial department and ensures that activities are executed according to the cost budget. Project manager tracks the cost expenditures and proposes cost savings opportunities and countermeasures to cost deviations Quality: Project Manager derives quality requirements to the quality requirements and reviews that quality is met. Reports NCRs to client if occurs. Risks: project manager creates, updates and maintain risks matrix through project lifetime and ensures that risks are updated regularly with the team. Leads risk mitigation action. Tracking & reporting: Project managers creates metric for internal and external tracking of the project and ensures the quality of the data and the countermeasures/improvements to apply in the event of deviations. Projects managers provide regular reporting to client and to board Tasks Project setup and project plan Budget responsibility Planning responsibilities Quality planning & improvement Client satisfaction & relation Internal reporting and information Keep track of information within project Process reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing data Contributing to client tenders (schedule, cost and price calculations) Report follow up of project against budget (hours, materials, etc) Identify deviations of budget and prepare countermeasures Create KPIs for each project and evaluate project progress against the KPIs Coordination & Internal/External Communication The Project manager coordinate and leads project team to achieve all needed scope according to client requirements during all stages of the project (design, development, qualification, production) and through all company departments. The Project Manager summarizes works to be done and communicates the work to the specific team (Sr. Engineer, Lead production, etc…). The Project Manager writes and presents project reports to the board. Project Manager must have both clear verbal and written skills to provide information to the team and to the client The Project Manager is capable of supporting commercial managers by providing good presentable information and also can give technical substantiations to client in client meetings. The Project Manager writes understandable technical reports and/or progress reports for clients. Knowledge and Experience Education: min. Bachelor degree in Technical education. High Level in English is a must Minimun 4 years of experience as Project Planning Knowledge of a scheduling tool (MSP, P6, Planisware) Knowledge of project scheduling theory.
