Our vision is to establish a fully automatedand intelligent supply chain globally.Responsibility- Lead the complete project life cycle from kick off to handover- Act as the main point of contact for ALL aspects during project delivery- Align project scope, schedule and resource planning with sales and other functional teams- Create and own project communication plans (internal & external)- Motivate project team and facilitate on-time delivery of project team’s deliverables- Work at least 50% onsite during installation and testing phases- Plan project budget and manage project margin- Actively manage project finance including invoicing, milestone payments, freight, travel expenses, change orders and contractor payments- Control project scope and manage scope change process with clientRequired Skill and Capability- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.- At least 3 years of project management experience. Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL, automation, or related fields.- Business fluency in English, other European language is a plus- Excellent communication and presentation skill- Proficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructure- Accept business travel frequently across EMEA region (up to 60-80% of the time)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Have a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly- Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments- Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results- Strong and effective skills in problem solving
