We’re now looking for a Project Support Administrator to join our Engineering Services team in Madrid and support the successful execution of engineering projects. What you’ll do You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Project Controllers, playing a key role in coordinating and supporting projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting day‑to‑day project operations, including documentation, tracking, and reporting. Maintaining project records related to budgets, schedules, time reporting, and financials. Coordinating project documentation and ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements. Assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and project close‑out activities. Entering and tracking purchase orders and supporting logistics processes. Monitoring project progress (budget vs. actuals, schedule, quality indicators). Collaborating with internal teams (quality, vetting, accounting, engineering). Providing administrative and coordination support to the Engineering Services team. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. Experience supporting projects or working with project teams (engineering or technical environments are a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools and documentation systems. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
