We currently have 11 offices throughout the Costa Blanca and Murcia Region and due to our continued expansion, we require a Property Lister to join our established and growing team covering Guardamar del Segura, Santa Pola & Gran Alacant.Tasks- Conduct valuations on properties who have enquired to list their property with 5 Real Estate- Negotiate a price to advertise their property according to the market valuation- Build a portfolio of sellable properties- Market research property prices in the designated area- Sell the benefits of using 5 Real Estate to clients wanting to sell their property- Take professional photographs and detailed writeups of properties**Requirements**:- An ambitious, hardworking and professional- Confident with a results orientated approach- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Previous photography experience is a plus- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team- Fluency in English & Spanish- additional languages are advantageous.- Full Spanish driving license**Benefits**:- Competitive base salary- Excellent bonus incentives- Car allowance- Private healthcare scheme
