If you’re a strategic thinker with strong supplier management skills, experience in procurement, and fluency in English, this role is perfect for you. As a Purchasing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the company’s procurement strategy, ensuring smooth supply chain operations, and optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement.- Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier deliveries to ensure timely and accurate procurement.- Analyze and optimize the supply chain to improve efficiency and reduce costs.- Oversee ERP (Dynamics) system data (e.G., BOMs, supplier references) and ensure accuracy in procurement processes.- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, accounting) to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.- Manage international purchase documentation, compliance, and import/export-related incidents.- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, negotiate terms, and develop the supplier portfolio.Requirements:- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.- 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.- Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise.- Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.- Knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics NAV) and proficiency in MS Office.- Ability to manage international suppliers and documentation.Nice to have:- Experience in the electric mobility or renewable energy sector.- Certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.G., CIPS, CPSM).Benefits:- Flexible schedule.- Growth opportunities within an innovative and expanding company.- A supportive environment where your opinion matters and you can make a difference.- Unlimited coffee and snacks ☕Selection Process:1.
