QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE If you are experienced in customer service and the quality control process of new property, we are looking for someone like you. Competence in handling client queries in person, over the telephone and by email with a friendly, helpful approach will be invaluable. This is what we’re looking for: Attention to detail Strong communication skills A methodical approach to problem solving An ability to organise and prioritise your own workload, documenting issues and resolutions An ability to produce reports as required A team player A high level of written and spoken English, preferably native A high level of Spanish Any Scandinavian language / Dutch / French would be an advantage.
