Quality Coordinator – Parla, Spain Responsibilities Coordinate the work with Process Engineers in Continuous improvement projects as FOD, vision systems, Nadcap... Coordinate the work with Satellite plants in standardization plans Coordinate the work closely with production to implement “right first time” culture and “error‑proofing initiatives” and improve understanding of customer requirements. Problem solving: Understand root cause of main issues causing problems (customer rejections, complaints, internal NC’s, scrap, etc.) and implement robust corrective actions and verify their effectiveness to avoid reoccurrence. Implement preventive actions and standardize lesson/good practices across the lines. Qualifications Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) and experience in Composite. A Master in Composite Materials will be an asset. English speaking. Advanced level in data software’s. Statistical or Six Sigma knowledge. Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
