We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks : • Define and implement Quality Engineering strategies aligned with engineering standards, delivery objectives, and quality goals. • Drive shift-left testing practices by identifying quality risks early and embedding testing throughout the software development lifecycle. • Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for web, API, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and accelerate software delivery. • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, and non-functional testing activities. • Validate APIs, microservices, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems through comprehensive testing practices. • Analyze test results, identify quality risks and defects, and provide meaningful quality metrics to stakeholders. • Promote continuous improvement, defect prevention, and a quality-first culture across cross-functional teams.
