At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are seeking a Quality Engineer (APQP) to join our automotive engineering team in Valencia, Spain.¿Tiene las cualificaciones y habilidades adecuadas para este trabajo? Descúbralo a continuación y pulse en "solicitar" para ser considerado.Main functions to develop: Cascade quality requirements to suppliers: Ensuring that suppliers understand and adhere to the quality standards required.Work with Engineering team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability: Collaborating with engineering to set up processes that meet product and process requirements.Ensure part quality (APQP / PPAP) preparation with suppliers: Overseeing the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) with suppliers.Carry out supplier validation audits: Conducting audits to validate supplier processes and products.Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues: Helping suppliers identify and correct quality issues.Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of correction actions: Visiting suppliers to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance: Assisting in tracking and reporting supplier performance.Essential Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in Quality projects within the automotive sector.Experience in direct communication with clients, especially French OEMs.Knowledge of APQP tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D...)Experience in plastics/decorative parts homologation (injection molding, painting, chrome plating, assembly...) is a plus.Fluent in English is a must.Compensation and Benefits:Flexible Compensation Plan.Medical health insurance.Training and professional development opportunities.Flexible working hours and smartworking.At Itera Mobility Engineering, we cultivate a dynamic and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth.
