Every day they are developing, producing, and distributing affordable and sustainable baby, woman and adult personal care products. /p pAs a leading international provider of personal hygiene solutions for retailer brands and healthcare partners, founded in Belgium in 1979 and listed on Euronext Brussels, we believe that innovation should be accessible to everyone. /p pAs we continue being "Here for you", we’re looking for a Quality Manager Spain to join our Quality team. /p pAs a Quality Manager, you will play a key leadership role at our Segovia plant, driving excellence in Quality and the Sustainability of our production. /p pYou will lead the Quality team, ensuring the highest standards in production while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. /p pThis is a strategic and operational position, where you will contribute both to day‑to‑day impact and to long‑term innovation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the Quality and Laboratory team, ensuring that all products are manufactured in accordance with customer specifications and defined standards. /li liLead and continuously improve Quality and Sustainability Management Systems, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO, IFS, BRC, PEFC, FSC, and OEKO‑TEX®. /li liDrive a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the plant. /li liMake decisions based on and analyze key indicators related to quality, customer satisfaction, and environmental impact. /li liIdentify, build, and develop the team, fostering a culture of growth and learning aligned with our values. /li liEnsure compliance with BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), promoting ethical and sustainable practices. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Science or a related field. /li liAgilility learner, with experience in talent development (team of +15 people), as well as strong communication, impact, and influencing skills. /li liSolution‑oriented, with a strategic mindset and a strong focus on challenges and results. /li liHigh level of English (B2/C1). /li liKnowledge of SAP is a plus. /li /ul h3Why is this position a great opportunity? /h3 ul liYou will lead a complex and demanding operation with a broad product portfolio. /li liYou will work closely with plant teams as well as international stakeholders. /li liYou will have a direct impact on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, both locally and globally. /li liYou will contribute to talent development and to strengthening Ontex’s culture. /li liYou will be part of the plant’s Leadership Team and involved in strategic decision‑making for the plant and its teams. /li /ul h3Our environment /h3 pAt our Segovia plant, you will be part of a dynamic 24/7 operation, featuring: /p ul li+700 Employees /li li+450 finished product SKUs /li li+1,460 raw material references /li li3 product categories: Baby Care, Femcare, and Incontinence /li li+17 production lines with different technologies /li /ul pIf you're passionate about the role and believe you would be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you.
