AboutQuintas Energy is Europe’s largest independent platform for Asset Management and Specialised Services to investors in renewable energy assets, with over 10 GW currently under management.RoleWe are seeking a Quickbase Developer to join our IT Infrastructure & Operations team.This position is ideal for a technically minded professional with solid logical thinking, a service-oriented attitude, and strong interest in learning low-code development and business process automation.The role involves maintaining and improving existing Quickbase applications, developing new reports and dashboards, assisting users, and supporting integrations and automations under the guidance of senior developers.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication SupportRespond to Quickbase user support tickets and basic troubleshooting requests.Resolve access, data and reporting issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.Document incidents and solutions in the internal knowledge base.Provide basic onboarding and guidance to new users.Ensure service levels (SLAs) are met consistently.Application DevelopmentMaintain and update existing Quickbase applications.Create and modify forms, tables, reports and dashboards.Configure notifications, alerts and user permissions.Perform quality assurance (QA) tests before deployment.Support user interface adjustments (layouts, texts, colours).Documentation & Knowledge SharingCreate user manuals and procedural documentation.Maintain up-to-date records of application changes.Develop basic video tutorials and FAQs for end users.What We OfferHybrid working model in our Seville office.Annual training budget and access to Quickbase certifications.Career path within the IT team (low-code developer or systems specialist).Dynamic and collaborative work environment with cutting-edge technology.Technical SkillsExperience with Quickbase (academic, personal or professional).Strong understanding of relational databases (tables, relationships, primary keys).Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).Basic knowledge of SQL and logic structures (if/then, loops, variables).Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript (desirable).Interest in APIs, integrations, and Quickbase Pipelines.EducationDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (with technical focus), or equivalent.Alternatively, a Higher Vocational Degree (FP) in Web or Application Development (DAW/DAM).Additional training (e.G.
