The incumbent is expected to develop a deep understanding of delivery scope, delivery solutions, delivery processes, and customer requirements, and to manage project delivery activities from a technical perspective. Through continuous optimization of delivery solutions and processes, along with ongoing engagement with customers, the role aims to consistently improve delivery quality and customer satisfaction.Technical Management Requirements:Technical LeadershipLead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary technical team specializing in RAN performance and optimization.Ensure high-quality delivery of optimization services, audits, and performance reports to customers.Set priorities, allocate resources, and monitor progress across multiple workstreams and customer projects.Customer Communication & Stakeholder EngagementAct as the primary technical counterpart for customer representatives at various levels (engineering, management, executives).Deeply understand customers delivery requirements and ensure smooth deliveryManage expectations, align deliverables, and ensure customer satisfaction.Identify customer needs and translate them into service opportunities for Huawei.Contribute to business cases and value propositions for network optimization and modernization services.Process Improvement & Operational ExcellenceAssess existing internal processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.Implement best practices in service delivery, documentation, and workflow automation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality, efficiency, and team productivity.Support to RFQs / RFPs / ProposalsLead or support the preparation of technical responses for RFQs and RFPs related to planning, optimization, or network performance services.Coordinate with product, delivery, and commercial teams to craft competitive technical solutions.Technical Expertise RequirementsMobile Network ExpertiseStrong understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN optimization, including KPIs, call flows, radio features and driving test optimization.3-5 years proven experience in mobile network performance optimization, more than 1 year working experience as Medium or large-scale optimization projects Technical Director or Team Leader.Ability to review and validate the technical conclusions produced by the optimization team.Capability to perform high-level audits and guide the team on complex performance issues.Can lead team or arrange resource to handle complex issues, including VIP experience issues, degradation of the network, or others.Fluent in English.
