Location: Valencia, ES
Responsibilities
Daily production / process parameter monitoring and root‑cause analysis of failures
Jointly responsible for subprocesses (e.g., Mixing, coating, stacking, cell baking, injection) with process experts
Support process verification concept for subprocesses through technical evaluation of input factors and output results
Evaluate equipment capability and process parameter setup
Issue working instructions and parameter handbooks for subprocesses
Execute process verification and Design of Experiments (DoE)
Organize training for machine/equipment operation
Participate in daily shop‑floor management meetings
Conduct daily and weekly tear‑down analysis and prepare production data reports for CpK improvement
Qualifications
5 years of experience in the sector (battery industry experience is a plus)
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Experience with process verification and DoE preferred
