Currently we need to reinforce our Biotech team by incorporating an R&D Scientist . Responsabilites: Develop and optimize biocatalytic reactions for the synthesis of high-added-value compounds. Lead and support fermentation processes, including enzyme production and microbial synthesis of target compounds. Participate in scaling up bioenzymatic procedures from lab to production plant. Design, plan, and execute experimental tasks and interpret results with scientific rigor. Contribute to the identification of new R&D opportunities and the writing of R&D&I project proposals. Collaborate cross-functionally with production and quality departments to ensure successful process implementation. Requirements: Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering Proven experience in: Development and optimization of biocatalytic processes Fermentation techniques, both for enzyme and compound production Scale-up of enzymatic procedures to pilot or industrial scale Strong analytical skills and ability to work methodically and independently Previous experience in project proposal writing is a plus Personal Skills: Autonomous and well-organized, strong scientific rigor with a results-oriented mindset, proactive, with excellent communication skills and team spirit We offer a benefits package which includes: Flexible working hours Free language classes depending on the needs and another training courses.
