OverviewReal Estate Sales Consultant – Affinity & Fine & Country | Marbella, Costa del SolWe are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team at Affinity and Fine & Country Costa del Sol. You will be meeting with FULLY QUALIFIED clients and all that is required is that you book a tour for the client - no after sales or Notary appointments (this is all taken care of by in house teams) - all you will be doing is selling a property.ResponsibilitiesThis role involves meeting with qualified buyers and arranging property viewings. You will be selling a property and coordinating tours, while in-house teams handle after-sales and Notary appointments.QualificationsIdeally have proven experience in the Spanish real estate marketFluent English essential; other languages a strong advantageOwn a car required for client viewingsThis is a client-facing role, taking qualified buyers to view high-end properties in Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
