Click apply to submit your CV and begin our targeted selection process.QualificationsProven experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, both in person and in writing.Comfort working with CRM systems, listing platforms, and basic digital tools to manage leads and properties.Ability to work on-site in Marbella, including flexibility to attend evening and weekend viewings when required.Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.Prior experience in a performance-driven or data-informed sales environment is an advantage.Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the Marbella market are a plus.
