This role combinesstrategic fund management, investor relations, and asset oversight — with a clear mission tobuild scalable investment platforms aligned with YOUNG’sbrand-driven development model. You will be at the forefront of our expansion, working with top-tier financial partners, family offices, and institutional investors to create value through innovative, sustainable, and high-performing real estate projects.&## ; Key Responsibilities Fund Structuring & Capital Raising: Lead the setup and execution of YOUNG’s real estate investment funds; define capital-raising strategies targeting institutional and qualified investors; negotiate fund terms and governance frameworks. Portfolio Strategy & Asset Management: Design and oversee a global Total Portfolio Model; manage performance, reporting, and returns for YOUNG-owned and joint-venture assets (e.G., Curaçao, Ibiza, The Hague, Valencia). Investor Relations & Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, placement agents, and co-investors; represent YOUNG in high-level negotiations and due diligence processes. Governance & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with AIFM/AFM regulations; coordinate with CFO andlegal teams on fund administration, audit procedures, and performance reporting. Strategic Growth: Identify and evaluate new acquisition or development opportunities aligned with YOUNG’s investment thesis; collaborate with other divisions to integrate brand-driven projects.&## ; What We´re Looking For ~10+ years of experience inreal estate investments,fund structuring, orasset management. ~ Proven track record incapital raising for real estate vehicles (private equity, funds, or club deals). ~ Deep understanding offund governance,AIFM compliance, andinvestment regulations. ~ Expertise infinancial modeling (IRR, waterfall, MOIC, CoC). ~ Strongnegotiation,communication, andrelationship management skills with institutional partners. ~ Fluent inEnglish; Spanish and/orDutch are a plus.&## ; Preferred Profile Previous roles inreal estate private equity,fund management, orinvestment banking. Experience in institutional real estate environment. Experience inhospitality, mixed-use, or residential developments. Exposure tointernational markets, ideally across Europe or the Caribbean. Strategic mindset withhands-on execution andentrepreneurial energy.
