Your mission is to help us scale our project teams and expand our presence with international customers who need our expertise.The PartnershipIn the outsourcing world, speed and quality are everything. You will be a vital link in our delivery chain. You will help us identify the right talent for specific client projects and act as a representative for BGTS as we grow our international client base.Your FocusProject-Driven Recruitment: Sourcing and vetting technical talent specifically for our outsourcing projects. You'll ensure that the people we bring in match the high standards our clients expect.Market Liaison: Helping us navigate local markets to find both talent and potential business opportunities. You will be our voice in the region, bridging the gap between BGTS and international customers.Growth Strategy: You will play a key role in helping us enter and stabilize our presence in new territories, providing the market intelligence we need to scale.What You Bring to the TeamThe Right Experience: A professional background in recruitment or sales, preferably within the tech outsourcing or staff augmentation industry.Language Skills: English is our primary language of business. If you speak German , it is a massive advantage given our strong presence in DACH markets.Regional Insight: You are based in and deeply understand the professional landscape of; Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Spain, or Portugal.A Professional Handshake: You know how to balance the fast-paced nature of outsourcing with a genuine, human approach. You treat candidates and clients as partners, not just transactions.
