Are you looking for a meaningful job opportunity in Sóller? Entitat Social is seeking a dedicated collection and recycling operator to join their team in Mallorca. This position is part of a social inclusion program designed to support individuals through structured work integration and personal growth. Based in Sóller, you will play an essential role in daily logistics, donation management, and community recycling operations across the area.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting delivery routes and the collection of donated materials.
Managing the loading, unloading, sorting, conditioning, and warehouse storage of goods.
Providing courteous assistance and customer service to members of the public.
Performing basic maintenance and cleanliness of the collection truck.
Complying strictly with occupational risk prevention (PRL) standards and established quality procedures.
To be considered for this position, you should fulfill the following requirements:
Official accreditation confirming your status within a group at risk of social exclusion.
Ability to communicate clearly in Spanish.
Strong motivation to follow the social-labor insertion itinerary and achieve personal improvement.
Capacity for self-reflection, constructive self-criticism, and teamwork.
Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to a shared social project.
No formal academic qualifications or specific previous experience are required.
What the position offers:
A temporary 6-month employment contract with the possibility of extension.
A defined schedule from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 to 15:30, and Thursday from 7:30 to 14:30.
A gross annual salary of 17,476.68 EUR.
A supportive team environment situated in the beautiful municipality of Sóller, Mallorca.
