Morgan Philips is seeking a Regional HRBP for a FMCG Multinational Company.This is a 360 HR role, focused on business. With direct report to the Regional HRD, the Regional HRBP will be the responsible for recruitment, training, development, HR Controlling, and employee relations and compensation cycle and processes.**Responsibilities**:Support recruitments for key regional positions as well as work closely with the recruitment provider.Be responsible for the Onboarding programmes in his/her region.Provide HR Guidance to Managers and challenging them when appropriate.Ensure the correct execution of Brand EVP in the whole employee life cycle.Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Prepare, coordinate, and monitor the Annual Performance and Salary Review process and successive plans.Identify training needs with individual and business needs as well as implement the annual training plan.Prepare, coordinate, and monitor the Annual Performance and Salary Review process and successive plans.Support employee relations issues as needed.Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.**Requirements**:**Main Studies**: University Business Degree. Nice to have education in HR o similar.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in generalist roles of HR.International experience.**Spanish, English, and Italian**: fluent.**Place of work**: Madrid.Teleworking ( part time).
