The Rental Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of rental properties, including managing lease agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. The role also involves coordinating maintenance and resolving any issues that arise promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction. Note: This position requires that you are autonomo and the ability to work independently. The role is fully commission-based, with the opportunity to earn attractive bonuses. Qualifications Experience in Rental Management and Lease Administration Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle maintenance issues promptly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field
