Coach the AP House director and team to deliver the Retail strategy. Responsabilities Proactive sales approach. Monitoring group and sales KPIs. Allocation and Stock management. Management of direct reports and support for their professional development. Driving growth among slow-moving employees. Managing retail training and onboarding new employees, including in-store training with Retail Operations and sales representative. Management and monitoring of after-sales service and Customer Care with teams. Weekly sales review with the CRM Lead. Organization of a monthly meeting with all Retail teams to review past and future results, KPIs, New procedures, etc. Compliance: ensures all staff are aware of and follow the General Regulations. Ensure the best possible experience is delivered in-store. Implement Hospitality guidelines. Budget preparation and monitoring. Competences. Collect CRM Data and follow selling plans to create selling opportunities. Provide admin and operational support on daily tasks. Manage client relationships and client experience within the AP House, handle effectively complex selling situations and respond to complaints effectively. Client Orientation Expertise and Know-how transmission. Qualifications 5+ years of retail or customer service experience. Previous supervisary or management experience. Strong leadership and team. Excellence customer service and communication abilities. sales and inventory management knowledge. Abilities to analyze sales reports and KPIs. Staff schedule, training and performance management.
